Returns & Refunds Policy

If you're unhappy with your items for whatever reason within the first 14 days of receiving your order, you have the right to cancel and can send your items back to us (in their original, unworn and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact) for a full refund.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days once you've notified us of your return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks, damage, or odours.
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags must be included.
  • Please include your order details and clearly state the reason for return to ensure a full refund can be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days of receiving your return (and no later than 14 days in accordance with UK consumer law)
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bespoke, personalised, or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

 

Damaged Parcel

If you receive a parcel that is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of delivery) with full details and photographic evidence. We will then arrange an appropriate resolution.
