Two New Styles for Men Added to Our T-Shirt Collection

Following the success of the launch of our first range of t-shirts, we’ve added two new styles to our shop.

Our product development team have produced a contemporary v-neck t-shirt and a fitted casual crew neck for our menswear collection.

The tees are made with 100% of our star grade Californian Pima yarns and come in our favourite classic colours, black, white and navy.

Made at Tower Mill

Not only are they made in Britain from start to finish, they are almost entirely made at Tower Mill.

After being spun in our state-of-the-art cotton production plant, the yarns are sent to the Midlands to be knitted into luxurious jersey fabrics. Rolls of material are then sent back to us in Tameside and made up into t-shirts by our small team of machinists.

Quality over quantity

Product development manager Becca Sampson said making the garments in small quantities in-house allows us to continue to develop our products.

She said: “The beauty of making things in small batches means we can listen to feedback and look at trends and then make t-shirts we think people will like.

“Our first range of t-shirts was really well received but our two new shapes have both got something a little different to the first ones that we think will appeal to our customers.”

The Andy t-shirt, modelled here by English fine cottons technical designer Mo Mansour, is a tailored fit and has an understated v-neck. The t-shirt is made from our premium Thames fabric, a close knitted jersey that’s visibly lustrous and smooth.

The Aiden crew neck t-shirt is a more tailored fit than our previous casual t-shirts and is made from a lightweight single jersey.

Our very fine Extra Long Staple (ELS) cotton yarns produce longer lasting fabrics that resist pilling. And with the correct garment care, the t-shirts are guaranteed to stay looking good for longer.

More developments soon

We’re continually developing our garments and fabrics and will regularly be adding new products to our online store.

In the very near future, as well as t-shirts for women, we will be adding a Breton t-shirt, made with our popular white and dark navy striped jersey fabric.

Printed t-shirts and polo t-shirts are in the pipeline and we’ll shortly be kick-starting our homewares collection.
